Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1 cup pumpkin puree (ensure it’s pure pumpkin and not pumpkin pie filling)

1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/2 tsp ground cloves

1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Dipping options: graham crackers, fresh apple slices, or pretzels

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to beat the softened cream cheese until it reaches a smooth and creamy texture, about 2-3 minutes.

Gradually add the pumpkin puree, sifted powdered sugar, packed brown sugar, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Continue mixing on low speed until everything is thoroughly combined and no lumps remain, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed.

With the mixer on low, gently sprinkle in the ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves. Mix just until the spices are evenly distributed, being careful not to overmix.

Using a spatula, softly fold in the whipped topping until the dip becomes light and fluffy, ensuring you retain as much air as possible in the mixture.

Taste the dip and adjust the sweetness or spice levels by adding more powdered sugar or spices to suit your preference.

Transfer the dip into a decorative serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully.

Serve the chilled dip alongside your choice of graham crackers, crisp apple slices, or pretzels for an enjoyable and crunchy contrast.

                Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes | Servings: 8

Presentation Tips: For an extra special touch, garnish the top of the dip with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a few pecan pieces. Serve with a festive platter to celebrate the season!
