1 lb ground chicken

1 cup black beans, canned (rinsed and drained)

1 cup corn kernels, fresh or frozen

1 cup diced tomatoes, fresh or canned (drained)

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp ground cumin

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

12-15 mini flour tortillas (about 4 inches in diameter)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 ripe avocado, diced

1 lime, cut into wedges

Sour cream or Greek yogurt, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the Chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for approximately 6-8 minutes or until the chicken is browned and no longer pink in the center. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.

    Season the Mixture: Add the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. This will allow the flavors to blend and the mixture to heat through.

      Prepare the Tostada Cones: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Take the mini flour tortillas and gently mold each one into a cone shape. You can use a cone-shaped mold or carefully place them into a muffin pan to hold their form. Ensure the edges are not too thick so they crisp up nicely.
