2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup salsa (choose your preferred spice level: mild, medium, or hot)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 can (10 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped (for garnish)

Optional: jalapeño slices for added heat

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the salsa, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir the mixture thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.

      Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Carefully open the can of biscuit dough and separate the individual biscuits. Using a rolling pin, gently flatten each biscuit to about 1/4 inch thick to create easy-to-stack layers.

        Bake the Biscuits: Arrange the flattened biscuits on a greased baking sheet, ensuring they have space in between. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the biscuits turn a lovely golden brown. Once baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.

          Assemble the Stacks: Take one biscuit and add a generous spoonful of the seasoned chicken mixture on top.
