1 cup fresh or frozen cherries, pitted

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust according to your desired sweetness)

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Blend the Cherries: In a blender or food processor, add the pitted cherries, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until the mixture is smooth, ensuring there are still a few small cherry chunks for added texture if you prefer.

    Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt and chia seeds. Mix thoroughly to ensure the chia seeds are evenly dispersed throughout the yogurt.

      Combine the Mixtures: Pour the cherry puree into the yogurt mixture. Gently fold the two together until they are well combined. Avoid overmixing to maintain beautiful swirls of cherry throughout the blended mixture.

            Freeze the Pops: Place the filled molds into the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours, or until they are completely solid.

              Unmold and Serve: To remove the pops from the molds, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them. Gently pull the pops out and enjoy immediately, or refreeze if you're not serving them right away.
