2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced

3 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for a gluten-free option)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for a touch of sweetness)

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
