4 cloves garlic, minced

Juice of 1 fresh lemon

Zest of 1 lemon

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Broccoli: Begin by bringing a pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Once boiling, carefully add the broccoli florets and cook them for 2-3 minutes, or until they are bright green and just tender. Immediately drain the broccoli and transfer it to a bowl filled with ice water to halt the cooking process. This step ensures the broccoli remains vibrant and maintains its crisp texture.
