2 medium zucchinis

1 cup breadcrumbs (either panko or standard)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp ground black pepper

2 large eggs

½ cup all-purpose flour

Start by preparing your zucchinis. Rinse them well and slice each zucchini into thin fry-shaped strips, aiming for about ¼ to ½ inch thick.

    In a shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir thoroughly to ensure an even coating mixture.

      Establish a dredging setup: Put the flour into one shallow dish, beat the eggs in a second dish, and transfer the breadcrumb mixture into a third dish.

        Take a zucchini stick and first coat it in the flour, ensuring all sides are covered. Tap off any excess flour.

          Next, immerse the flour-coated zucchini in the beaten eggs, allowing the extra egg to drip off.

            Finally, roll the zucchini in the breadcrumb mixture until it is completely covered. Repeat this process for each zucchini stick.

              Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for approximately 5 minutes.

                After preheating, lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray to avoid sticking. Arrange the zucchini fries in a single layer in the basket, ensuring they do not overlap.

                  Lightly spray the tops of the zucchini fries with cooking spray for added crispiness.

                    Air fry the fries at 400°F for 12 minutes, flipping them halfway to ensure even browning until they appear golden and crisp.

                      When finished, gently take out the zucchini fries from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly before serving.
