1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, thoroughly drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons tahini

3 cloves garlic, finely minced

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for a finishing drizzle

1 teaspoon ground cumin

Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

Optional: a pinch of red pepper flakes for a hint of heat

Instructions
 

Begin by placing the rinsed cannellini beans, tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, and ground cumin into the bowl of a food processor.

    Pulse the ingredients together a few times to begin mixing, pushing down any beans that stick to the sides of the bowl as necessary.

      While the food processor is running, gently drizzle in the extra-virgin olive oil. Continue processing until the dip reaches a creamy, smooth consistency. If you prefer a thinner dip, add a tablespoon of water to adjust the texture to your liking.
