Ingredients
  

1 lb chicken breasts, chopped

3 tbsp butter

4 cloves of garlic, finely minced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup cooked rice (either white or brown)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for decoration)

Instructions
 

In a large frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat.

    Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for approximately 1 minute, stirring often to prevent burning.

      Introduce the chopped chicken to the pan. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.

        Mix in the halved cherry tomatoes and broccoli florets, cooking for an additional 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

          Take the pan off the heat and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken and vegetables. Cover for 2-3 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt.

            Serve the cheesy garlic butter chicken over a layer of cooked rice and top with fresh parsley.
