1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup nacho cheese sauce

1 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned, drained)

1/2 cup sliced green onions

1/4 cup pickled jalapeños (optional, for heat)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup sour cream (for serving)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon chili powder

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, nacho cheese sauce, canned chili, diced tomatoes, sliced green onions, ground cumin, chili powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

    Heat the Mixture: Transfer the chicken mixture to a medium saucepan set over medium heat. Stir the ingredients occasionally, allowing the cheese to melt and the entire mixture to become heated through, approximately 5-7 minutes. Once warm and gooey, remove the saucepan from heat.

      Assemble the Wraps: Take one flour tortilla and lay it flat on a clean, dry surface. Spoon one-quarter of the cheesy chicken mixture into the center of the tortilla, ensuring to leave about an inch of space around the edges. Distribute a generous handful of shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.
